Instructions
- Cut tofu into bite-sized pieces, then fry them.
- Wash the pork, thinly slice and marinate with minced shallot, half a teaspoon of salt, some MSG, fish sauce, sugar, pepper.
- Soak shiitake mushrooms to bloom, then rinse.
