- 50 g ground sugar
- 80 g of flour
- 60 g of egg white

- Whisk the butter, then add sugar to beat until the mixture is pale.

- Add the eggs and beat well.

- Mix flour and salt well. Then fill the pastry bag.

- Pipe the batter to the tray into the 5 -7cm biscuits. Add nuts or jam as you wish.

- Bake the cakes at 180ᵒC for 10-12 minutes. When the cakes turn golden brown, remove them immediately to cool, then they will be more crispy.

- Store the cat’s tongue biscuits in a closed jar!
