Instructions
- Rinse chicken breast well, cut into bite-sized pieces, mix with tempura flour.

- Fry the chicken breast in a pan with some oil until slightly browned.

- Next, add 1 minced garlic to the pan until fragrant, add 2 teaspoons of sugar to cook until slightly burnt to have a nice color. Mix 2 tbsp of fish sauce with 1 tbsp of sugar, stir well and pour into the pan. Keep continually stirring with low heat to let chicken breast absorb the fish sauce.

- Stir for another 2-3 minutes and then serve the dish!
