Instructions
- Wash and soak kumquats with saltwater.
- Cut kumquats, then put into a bowl, add sugar, and honey.
- Fill the saucepan with water depending on the number of kumquats, then place the kumquat bowl into the saucepan. Next, turn on the heat to medium. Cook until the juice from kumquat release completely, then turn off the stove. Squeeze out all the juice from the kumquat and use it.
