Instructions
- Wash peanuts and drain, then put in the pan with salt to roast evenly until golden and fragrant. Pour into a basket to remove the salt.
- Sauté garlic until golden.
- Put two teaspoons of cooking oil in a pan with a teaspoon of ground garlic, ground chili to stir well, then continue to add the chili powder.
- Mix the fish sauce with sugar and pour it onto the pan of chili garlic, then add the peanuts to roast for another 5-7 minutes. After that, pour the peanuts to the tray to cool down. Store in a well-closed jar.
