- 1 small carrot
- 5 jujubes
- 1/2 sweet corn
- 1/2 Onion

Instructions
- - Slice the carrots into large dices, and cut the corn into thin slices of 2 cm
- - Wash the chicken and put it in a bowl, add onions and lotus seeds. Cover the chicken with water and a pinch of salt.
- - Stew the chicken for 30 minutes. Take out the onion. Add carrots and jujubes to stew for 10 minutes, add scallion. Remove the pot and sprinkle with ground pepper.
