- Peel the shell of roasted chestnuts. Slice onion and 1 bell pepper into small pieces. Chop ginger and the other bell pepper.
- Wash and slice chicken into bite-sized pieces and marinate with seasoning, onion powder, oyster oil for 15 minutes.
- Stir-fry ginger in a hot oil pan for the aroma, then add chopped bell pepper. Next, add the chicken to stir-fry until the chicken turns yellow, add sliced onion and bell pepper.
- When everything is cooked, add chestnuts then keep stirring. Season to taste, and turn off the stove.
