- 200 gr of Beef
- 1 piece of chayote
- 1 Carrot
- 100 gr of green beans
- 1/4 pineapple
- 5 wood ears mushroom

Instructions
- Peel and rinse the chayote, carrots, pineapple. Strip off the fiber sides of the green beans and wash them off.
- Soak the mushroom in water to bloom. Cut all ingredients into bite-sized pieces.
- Cut the beef into thin pieces and marinate with chopped shallots, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 2 teaspoons fish sauce, 1/2 teaspoon MSG, and pepper.
