Instructions
    
                - Clean the octopus, cut along the beard, then marinate with shallot, a little ginger, and seasoning seeds.

 - Sauté garlic until fragrant and then stir-fry octopus with oyster sauce, seasoning seeds. When the octopus has just cooked, add the pineapple, cucumber, and onion to stir-fry. When the vegetables have just cooked, add a little fish sauce.

 - Finally, add the parsley and turn off the heat.
